I have been a customer of R Computers since 2007. We started doing business on a recommendation from our IT consultant. At first we asked R Computers to build a couple of desktop machines that were designed to be steady, reliable "work horse" machines. That is exactly what we received. The machines arrived on schedule for the price quoted. They were ready to plug into our network upon delivery. All those original machines are still in service today.
Since our first desktop PC’s, R Computer Company has help us grow our business by building a complete network. The process included a full fileserver software upgrade, new network hardware, multi-location networking capabilities, remote access and a number of new laptops that allow us to work off-site and be efficient in handling our emails, faxes and other essential communications.
We continue to do business with R Computers as we rely on their excellent customer service and quality of the final product. They offer quick and consistent phone customer service and remote access support when needed. It has saved us many times from IT service calls on things that can be handled by phone.
Overall I would rate R Computers as an exceptional business partner for any small to medium size business. The company’s years of knowledge and experience show. Our company has found this to be a trustworthy partner in today’s business environment.
